Create a story around your change

The objective of this stage is to build and share an understanding about the change and how roadblocks will be overcome .

We’ll help you to communicate to your people “the wider picture” . It is important for them to see the context. This story will draw from the concerns and issues they have about change and have been discovered in the previous step of the process

 

We’ll use recognised methods and approaches for building, sharing and validating the desired “future state” and determine how this compares with the current state using a systematic gap analysis

  • Tailor key messages to specific audiences as needed

  • Use key messages in multiple communications to reinforce important points

  • Link the change initiative to the business strategy and other organisational change initiatives

If we have a clear picture of where we want to be , it will be easier to get there.
